Happy birthday Cody Sam Shafer, I miss you so incredibly much. I love you. I'm still angry but not so much at you. I miss you, my favorite of my three C's. Chad and Craig just aren't as funny or pretty. I hope you've found happiness. You'll always be in my heart. I miss our trips to Evanston so very much.

Moving sooner?

I might be able to move sooner than August. Like May!!! I'm hoping to get another professional internship. In either college recruiting or operations management. If I get said internship I would be able to take the two classes I need online. I would love to move in May. I'd love to move in November. But good things come to those who wait.

unofficial official date

Ok so my official move date is Saturday August 7, 2010 but the reason it is unofficial is because it will probably be cheaper to fly out on a weekday. I guess I will know the official date when it gets closer. The next ten months are going to be the longest ten months EVER.

Alright, so yesterday I made it official that I'm moving back to Florida in August. For good. I'm going to finish out the school year here then transfer. I'm so happy. Happy happy happy. But with never coming back to Utah there are a few things I want to do before I leave. I will need help checking off this to-do list.

5. Final Wendover trip

Mad Men

I have a new obsession, Mad Men. This show is great. I love the costumes, homosexuality, smoking, drinking, infidelity, characters... I could go on for days.

School

Officially starts on August 27th. Horray! The best part is I only have to buy one book, $60.

I had a dream that Cody moved to Spain. I woke up and believed it. Then on the way to work I realized he isn't in Spain. It was horrible.

I really have nothing to post about but I haven't posted since April... I'm moving home in less than a month. I'm excited but not excited at the same time. I miss my family at home, but I've grown to love Orlando more and more each day. This is a great city. There is always something to do. I The people are awesome. Boozes are always available. I just like it here..... I wish I could just pack up all my family and bring them here..... Orlando will always be here. I can move back, again....

Corporate 5K, Orlando, FL 4/16

The best thing I've ever done! I'm so proud of myself. I never thought I would ever run/walk/jog anything in all my life. One of my co-workers pushed me into signing up. I will never regret that decision. I finished in less than 50 minutes. I would of finished a lot fast had I not been stuck behind people with no way around. I have a new goal, to do the Disney Coast to Coast, which is where you do a half marathon in Florida and one in California in the same year.

(p.s. I collected 15 beer coupons after the race!)

sad news

I have very sad news to announce. At the end of my internship I will be moving back to hell, I mean Utah. I've decided with the economy at its current state it would probably be the best idea for me to finish school. I really love Florida and I would like to stay here but right now it just isn't in the cards.

growing up

When did the real world begin? How do I go back to childhood? Life was so much easier when all I had to worry about is where my Totally Minnie was.... I wish I had useless time once more. I would love to play on the internet, watch a movie, or shop all day. But the working world calls. Rent and bills must be paid. Can't I be just a little younger? I would much rather play with Barbies than clean my bathroom. Is that acceptable? I bought a plant and a fish today, not for my Barbies but for my house. My adult house that I have to pay for..... BUT with that said, I'm still lovin' life.
